I’m leading the research and development of a high performance VTOL vehicle with UAVs@Berkeley.
It is a tailsitter meant for reasonably efficient forward flight while retaining high maneuverability. It’s also designed to fly 20+ miles on a single battery. It is our first vehicle to use custom wings and a carbon fiber layup fuselage.
